Box upgrades just do not work
AnsweredTried several times to upgrade from basic user. System says no more information is needed and points at support... Support offers no support apart from looking in the community pages... Where other people have the same problem and the same solution is offered.
It would appear to be a closed loop of failure. I like the tool, but the admin is appalling.
