Gaining Access to Previous Account
AnsweredGood morning! My office has a Box account under the email of a previous employee who has left our office, so we cannot access the account anymore. I assume this may be because the email itself was deactivated when this person left the office. I would love to see if we can get access to this account again. Please let me know what the next steps would look like - thank you so much!
