I can't add any MFA

I'm trying to set up MFA, but I keep encountering errors with each option:
- App: QR code doesn't load.
- SMS: Phone number is invalid (I added the correct prefix and phone number).
- Email: Email is invalid.
I'm stuck here. Any help would be appreciated.
