box sign - entry fields missing in sign request created with API-call from template

yesterday (Nov 14th) we had a number of sign requests that were sent out through an API-call that were received by the signer without the entry fields that are contained in the template. When resending the sign requests today the fields were included in the sign request.
I was wondering whether anyone else already experienced such an issue and/or whether it could be related to the Major issue that happened yesterday ("Some customers may experience public shared links redirecting to a login prompt").
We're quite out of ideas what could be the reason for this problem on our side.
Any insight or input would be greatly appreciated.
