How do I cancel my free trial before I get charged for my account. I am having trouble finding where I can do this?

We are also trying to cancel FREE TRIAL - what they suggest doesn't work and there is no one to contact for this - its very frustrating and confusing - have sent an email to box.com hopefully they will respond
