Unable to download files
AnsweredHello! I was given links to two files to download earlier this week. I have tried several times on several different browsers to download them with NO success. I have updated each browser, emptied the cache, disabled my security, and disabled plugins and nothing helps.
I open the file, click the download button, and am prompted with a popup saying my download has started and that i should create an account or log in (at this time I am always already logged into my account, but the popup remains the same) and the download never actually begins. I am on a deadline here and I do not know how to proceed. Help?
I would like to reiterate that I have already followed every instruction on the "common issues with downloading" page and they have NOT resolved my issue.

As much as we wanted to follow through, seems that you've managed to exhaust all the basic troubleshooting steps for your download issue. If you wish to further the investigation, you may want to consider upgrading your account.
