disable MFA (atuhenticator) because changed the phone
Hi Box.com admin,
Excuse me, may I request your assistance? My name is Bayu, an IT staff at Suzuki Indonesia. One of our users is asking for help to access their Box.com account. After checking their account on Box.com, I found out that an Authenticator code is required after logging in to proceed. However, according to the user, they have changed their phone where the authenticator app was located. I would like to request your assistance to disable the Authenticator setting for our user's account on Box.com.
