Box For Salesforce error, users see a blank screen
CompletedWe are using Box for Salesforce. And some users are experiencing a blank screen.
It is resolving for some when they reauthenticate the Box user under Box settings in salesforce.
But for some, they had to revoke salesforce association within Box before they reauthenticate in Salesforce.
We do not know why this has occured.
