How can I cancel my account registration?

I registered with the wrong email address when signing in. I can't receive emails so I can't sign in or cancel. I want to cancel the account registration, but what should I do?

  Hi there, 

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

  You can only delete an individual account (personal, free). You cannot cancel it.

  1. Click your account avatar in the upper right, and then select Account Settings.
  2. In the Account Details section, click Permanently Delete Account.
  3. Click Okay to confirm and complete the process.

  Deletion will not happen immediately, please allow time for the system to process the request.

  Note

  The email address used for the free account cannot be used in any Box account until 120 days after account deletion.
