How to restore data
AnsweredWhen I switched from an external user to a managed user, the folders and files I created when I was an external user disappeared.
What should I do to restore it?

You posted this inquiry using your individual account. By any chance, are you referring to a different Box account? If not, looks like you're still yet to transition to a Business/Enterprise account. And if you noticed your shared folders are missing, it could be that your collaboration has expired or ended.
In this case, you may reach out to the folder owner.
