    When you request a new Admin access token, one of the credentials you have to provide is your Enterprise id. The sub claim error is saying that the value you passed for this credential is not valid. Step 1 on this page shows where to get your Enterprise id.

    Im also having the same error.


    I was able to make this work on my local server, but I keep getting this error when I moved to a remote server. All keys are the same except for the ssl keys setup. 

    Im using Boxr client. Here's my error message:
