Webhooks "insufficient_scope"

Hello,

I'm trying to use the webhooks.

I try to create a new WebHook with the API, but I have the error error="insufficient_scope", error_description="The request requires higher privileges than provided by the access token."

 

The "Manage CheckBox" are all checked, and I have no limitations

How can I fix this problem ?

 

I also tried to create a WebHook directly in the box developpers, but I can't see it when I try to Get Webhooks from the API
