Need tool to do existing Crocodoc FileId migration to the New Box View API FileId

Box View Team,

Please provide the correct link to submit the form for doing the FileId migration from Crocodoc to the New Box View API. The link provided here in step 3 seems to be broken: https://cloud.app.box.com/notes/2***phone number removed for privacy***?s=4obodjkxpxlp7bv0918nqkywnmorkgtc

Replace: "2***phone number removed for privacy***" with: 2 4 6 7 2 1 8 7 6 4 3 (without spaces) for link to work

We are updating our application to use the New Box View API from Crocodoc and we have over 1,000 existing clients for our application. We need to migrate all their files so we can use our existing Crocodoc Document IDs to call documents with the New Box View API service.

Please let us know how we can coordinate this effort so our users are not affected.
