    Hey

Metadata template management is only accessible for admins and co-admins. We have more information in this support article for Customizing Metadata Templates.

    Thanks for reply in.

Actually my issue is regarding Content Manager Access. Some users without admin access can not see following tab where the all files are uploaded through JWT method.

    Hi ,

Depending on where / how you're storing user files in the JWT application, this is by design. Let me break down the user types and ways of accessing them:

    • Service account: When a JWT app is created, the service account is like a ghost Box account that represents your app. It has storage, is not tied to any particular user, but is in essence a user account. Content for these accounts can only be accessed via the content tab in the admin panel (by an admin) or programmatically through the API, it cannot be accessed through box.com or directly by non-admin users.
    • App users: A JWT app can create other ghost Box accounts behind the scenes, called app users. They have space allotted to them for storing content. Content for these accounts can only be accessed via the content tab in the admin panel (by an admin) or programmatically through the API, it cannot be accessed through box.com or directly by non-admin users.
    • Managed users: These are traditional Box account, and are folks that can go to box.com to access their content through the UI. Apps can work with these users and store content. Content that is stored into these accounts can be accessed either through box.com by the user, or programmatically by your app through the API.

    Hope that helps,

    Jon
