created_after param in /events?stream_type=admin_logs endpoint (Enterprise Events)

Doc says created_after is date-time. I am trying to figure what what format this is used. Can someone please provide the format of the date-time in url parameter;

 

/events?stream_type=admin_logs&created_after=

 

Format and Sample url will be great.
