I want to create a Rails app which will display the Box contents' shared links. However, I don't want users to log in or anything. I want anyone accessing the page to access the page. Is it feasible ? How doI do it ?

  I believe you can.  My node.js app does authentication but it's actually using JWT behind the scenes to make admin calls.  You can definitely turn the authentication off on this app and it will work.
