BoxSelect popping under Internet Explorer

We're using the BoxSelect file selector to integrate with our in-house DMS. However, on some systems, the selector pops up behind the Internet Explorer browser. It works correctly in other browsers, and works correctly on some other systems.

Has anyone else seen this? Any ideas?

I'd post a code sample but we're basically just calling new BoxSelect(options).launchPopup();
