Enterprise App with SSO

Hey everyone,

 

I'm going to be developing an app that cascades metadata from the folder level to all its children. We're a large company using SSO to authenticate users and I'm not really sure which route to go down, whether it be an enterprise integration or a custom app.

 

Any direction/help/examples would be greatly appreciated.
