Notifications/messages integration with Box Web app

Hi folks ,

I am currently working on a project where in i am trying to integrate my node -express application with box.com.

So far i am able to use api's for download, preview , tasks and comments assigned to a file.

I am looking for a solution where while uploading a file to a particular folder , based on workflow settings , the Approver should get a message or notification . I want to show this message part on my web app for the approver when he/she logs in to my app .Any leads or API's?

Thanks for reaching out! I think you're going to want our Webhooks system, which lets you set triggers on particular folders:
