Why doesn't my email receive any confirmation email from box.com?

    Hi johnnxiv,

Contact Box support and ask them to check to see if that email address is on their email suppression list and if it is to please remove it. They are very prompt, and once they remove the email address from their suppression list they will automatically resend the confirmation email for you. **From what I understand Box sends the confirmation email only once and if it bounces it is automatically placed on their suppression list.this.

I've contacted Box support and they've removed me from their "suppression list". Still not receiving any confirmaiton email. We don't have anything blocking emails (firewall/spam filter/blacklists) from Box.com. This is really frustrating!!!

Doesn't make sense. I'm getting other emails from Box. com, such as their email I just received, informing me I've earned a badge for posting here on their forums! SMH.

Does anyone else see the problem with this? The Admin gets a 'success' message. Box Support says that there is no place where I can check if the Email was ACTUALLY sent out. I say either give us a way to check or at the very least when someone is put on the suppression list - send me a note. I have to frustrate the user and myself, then reach out to Box support to figure out WHAT is going on... sounds like an easy software problem to me.

Check your account settings and look under the Login and Email Addresses section. Ensure that the primary (there will be a little box saying "primary" next to the email address) is the correct email address you want the notifications sent to. If not, then you may need to contact Box Support so they can switch it. If your comany uses an SSO solution, that may also cause the issue too as the email address maybe different than your normal work email.
