    Thank you for your reply.

     

    Actually, I did run user reports. I was just surprised that I cannot filter by external users. As the "User Activity" blog post also says one can only filter by group or managed user I guess that is true. Do you know any other way how I can specificially track the user activity of an external user without having to scroll through a user report where plenty other user's activity is tracked at the same time?

    Hi ,

     

    Thanks for following-up!

     

    You could only run User Activity report on managed users, not external. If you'd like the external users activities, you need to leave the Users or Groups field blank and, apply the action types and your desired date range. Then export, download and filter the exported spreadsheet using the external user's email address.
