I am also having this issue.  I am on an 11" iPad pro (2020) and want my offline syncing to work the same as it does on windows and it seems to error out or simply not do it.  This is important functionality for me as I have instances there I am needing the data and will not be on a network.

This is a problem for me as well. I use box on multiple desktop Windows machines and on Android.  I have not had any problems until I started using it on an iPad.  I have the 1TB version of the 7th gen iPad pro.  I can provide a few additional details about this problem.

    1) The Box App on the iPad thinks the file folder sizes are very different than their size on a windows desktop machine.  For example one file folder says it is about 9.9 GB on my desktop and it shows up as 33.8 GB on the iPad app.

    2) I have had some success by making available offline smaller subfolders of a larger file structure.  However, the download sometimes errors even on some of the smallest folders.  I have one folder that is only 3 MB.  I have attempted to make this folder available offline many times, in between each attempt I close the app and restart it.  Sometimes the download appears to be proceeding (although at snails pace).  Sometimes it errors immediately.  I have never made it past 77% downloaded on that folder.

    3) Changing or adding a single file somewhere in a larger folder structure SEEMS to prompt the BOX app to re-download the whole folder.  I draw this conclusion because when I ask it to update the folder with a change, it shows the whole size of the folder in the progress bar before it errors.

I would LOVE for this app to work.  But for now I am really struggling

What makes it even more difficult to deal with is that THERE IS NO EASILY ACCESSIBLE WAY TO IDENTIFY WHAT FOLDERS, FILES, FAVORITES OR MARKED FOR OFFLINE ITEMS ARE CAUSING THE ISSUES.

If a user cannot remember what items they had marked for offline saving, there is no easy way of going through the file and folder list to identify which ones to then UNDO saving for offline usage.

I was able to identify some but not all of the folders I had chosen.

isn't the running of reports to identify these files or folders only accessible to Enterprise customers, so even if that was one of the ways, which I'm not sure if that report exists, most of the users would not be able to use this method to identify these files and folders causing the issue.
