Bock Sync not backing up files
I have a faculty member that uses Box Sync to back up files but after a while of running the software just stops. No error msgs are shown but it just stops. Files are not backed up or anything. I have tried re-installing the software but that doesn't work. It seems like its running at first and the file counter is going up but it never finished. Any ideas?
