Folder Permissions on macOS
Hello,
I have an instance where Box Drive is installed on macOS 10.14.6. The user's account on macOS doe not have file/folder permissions to her content. All of the folders in the mounted "Box" drive have the red circle with white line through, indicating no permissions. Only System has read/write to the Box directories. What would be the best way to fix this?
Thank you

Hi Jason,
Welcome to the Box Community and thanks for your post in the forum!Has there been any changes with the user's permission on the folders in Box.com? Any changes made on Box web app will be reflected to the user's Box Drive app.If nothing has changed, can you have the affected user to try to logout/login from the Box Drive app? By doing so, the application will trigger a new command to regenerate the user's folder tree and then see if it will fix the issue for them.
Should the issue persist, please have the affected user submit a support ticket here so the team can help investigate: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Hey, everyone!
Thanks for following up on this.
For @Sanat's question, yes, when you remove a collaborator from a Box folder, that user will no longer be able to access the said Folder.
For @Jason, please have the affected user submit a support ticket here so the team can help investigate: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Thanks again for your time and have a nice day!
