    I am facing the same problem in one of my account but not in all accounts.

    its wiered, and also not able to upload annotation , also not able to do commenting . please check this and treat this as urgent.

    I'm having this same issue. Was trying to create a collection to visually separate internal documents from customer folders, for easier navigation. To my knowledge, I am a full user member (through work). Would be great if it worked! Thank you.

    I have the same issue.  When I try to save, it says "Failed to load collections Retry".  Can you please help?

    Clearing cookies does not work for everyone.  Considering this is a common issue, can this be a common help topic?
