Cannot see my content on box.com!
Hi,
Just a few moments back, to my utter surprise, I am not able to see any of my files and folders I had on my box.com account (for years now).
In my Box account settings, it shows I have used up ~40 GB, which is correct, then why am I not able to access these files and folders?
My account email is [personal information--redacted].
Please help.

To add more information, I was on the free plan all these years. When I login I see more options like Enterprise, Relay, Developer etc. which I don't intend to use.
Please help me regain access to all my content on box.com. Hoping its just an access issue and files have not been deleted!

Surprisingly, I see my account type is now Developer which was not the case before this access issue occurred.
Can I please request you to open a case with Box Support to get this resolved so that I can switch back to my original account type (regular, free) and be able to access all my files and folders?
