Suggested Logins for iOS App
Hello, I'm hoping to get some help on a minor issue with the iOS Box app. Whenever I start typing a login, the app suggests a few that I might be typing. Some of these are old accounts related to a job I no longer have, and some of them are not mine. I have looked at the saved autofill passwords in my settings and in Safari, and Box is not listed. I believe the saved logins are within the Box app itself. I can't find them in the settings anywhere, and removing/re-installing the app does not help.
These would be logins I have never used on my current device, which is especially puzzling. One is actually from a former colleague, and I must have logged in as him years ago, so his name auto-suggests. It's very strange and I'm curious where these are stored and if they can be removed.
Thank you in advance for any ideas or suggestions!

Hi Kevin,
Welcome to the Box Community!
Have you tried to clear the Box iOS app cache data on your device settings?
If that doesn't resolve the issue for you, this may require our Box Support team to work directly with you.

Thanks, France. I don't see a way to clear the Box cache specifically. In Settings, when I go to General > iPhone Storage > Box, I can see Documents & Data show 147 KB but no option to view/delete anything on this screen. I have removed the app more than once and reinstalled. I have also recently reset the phone and NOT restored from iCloud, because I had a lot of backup data taking up space on my device. So I can't imagine where this data might be stored or how to access/delete it.
