File shared with me won't appear in my Box
Hello,
I'm working with a team of others on a shared project - this is kind of a time-sensitive issue, so I'll be so incredibly grateful for anyone who can help!
One of my team members shared a Box file with me that contains documents that I need access to, but my Box appears completely empty/the file is not visible.
-I received an e-mail from my teammate (technically from Box) with a link to the file.
-I signed into Box in another tab, and then clicked the link to the folder in the e-mail. When I clicked the link, it opens a new tab. This new tab loads properly, and shows that I'm signed in, but somehow none of my files are accessible/visible. My Box is completely empty (and it previously had a file in it that I used regularly). An error shows on the main page with an image of a UFO - it says:
"Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for."
-This Box file folder is visible to the other team mates. The problem just appears to be with my Box.
-The link to access the file was sent to my e-mail account that I have affiliated with my Box account.
-I tried signing out and back in, this did not remedy the problem.
Thank you very much in advance for any help you all can provide!

Hi Thea,
Welcome to the Box Community!
I understand that you are having issue accessing a folder that was shared to you.
To confirm, the email address where you received the link to the folder, is it the same as the email associated with your Box?
The error you received shows up when:
- A user tries to access the link from a Box account that has a different email address from where the invitation was originally sent; OR
- When a user is removed as collaborator and tried to access the link.
If it's the latter, you will have to contact the folder owner of the shared folder to have them reinvite you to that folder again.
