File shared with me won't appear in my Box

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    I understand that you are having issue accessing a folder that was shared to you.

    To confirm, the email address where you received the link to the folder, is it the same as the email associated with your Box?

    The error you received shows up when:

    1. A user tries to access the link from a Box account that has a different email address from where the invitation was originally sent; OR
    2. When a user is removed as collaborator and tried to access the link.

    If it's the latter, you will have to contact the folder owner of the shared folder to have them reinvite you to that folder again.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your response.

    I am positive that I have not been uninvited.

    I am also positive that I only have one Box account and the invite was sent to that associate email.

    Neither 1 or 2 are the issue, and it remains unresolved.
