Response to customer MSA guidelines
Box is our Cloud-based hosting platform we have used for business for a number of years. We have a customer's Service Agreement that dictates expectations of our cloud-based hosting supplier. These are technical guidelines, many of which, I don't know how to address. As a customer of Box, I need someone to review the guidelines and give feedback about compliance with those guidelines. Who would I address this with?
