My audios that were saved in Box are missing
I’ve saved numerous audios that were sent to me inbox. They are no longer in my box. Would you please give me a phone number for Support? I’d be happy to upgrade my account if that would bring the files back. This is quite personally devastating. Thank you!

Do you own the folder where those audio files stored at? Is it a collaborative folder?
If so, it may have been deleted by one of your collaborators so you might want to check your Trash and use the filters "Item I own" to see if the audio files are in there.
