    This would be something our Billing team can investigate with you and may require specific account information.  

    It seems you already have an open ticket for this issue with our Billing department, please continue working with them and check your email for updates.

    i cannot access any files - i have paid all of my bills on time.  i need all my records, several years worth for court, please restore...i have removed 6 people from my account.
