Not able to access files
i am having an issue with box - i have 5 users. on my username i am able to log-in but none of the files i was able to access previously are there. Other users in the account cannot even log in. The message is an error message that says contact billing.
I contacted box and because i purchased this through AT&T they couldnt help me and sent me to them. I spent days trying to speak to someone at AT&T but no one even knows what Box is and wont help me and refers me back to Box AND of course Box tells me they cannot help and refers me to AT&T --> Meanwhile I cannot operate my small business.
Is there anyone out there that can help? I am terrified that no one can help me get my files back.

This would be something our Billing team can investigate with you and may require specific account information.
It seems you already have an open ticket for this issue with our Billing department, please continue working with them and check your email for updates.
