Same for all our Macs and there are others posting that Box Drive is now broken on Big Sur. This should be a critical bug fix - can you all let us know if it is being treated as such?

Same problem folks, on a MacBookPro 2019 upgraded today to Big Sur. Any clue for a bug fix? what can I do now to see my Box files offline?

    thanks

I have the same problem. I just updated to Mac OS 11.0.1 Big Sur. Box Drive won't load now. I checked System Pref.s but all these settings look fine. I tried re-installing box and rebooting a few times but no luck.

I confirm system extensions and authorizations are all in place. I tried to reinstall everything and rebooted at least three times but without success

    Hi Aira/France,

I have followed your steps and I am still receiving the same error message. I am on the general public release and not on beta of Big Sur.

    Hello,

same screen and no solution apparently restarting the Mac neither reinstalling Parallels. Using latest 16.0.1.

The BIG issue is no access to the FINDER LOCAL FILES that means impossible to work offline.

How's that possible? This is really a serious one. Please work on the fix urgently. Thanks!
