    The article applies to both Box Sync and Box Drive, if you are getting this message upon logging in to Box Drive, can you try the recommended steps to resolve the issue in that page?

    Здравствуйте. Я использую браузер Google Chrome. Здесь я сделал сброс системы до заводских настроек. Это не помогло.

    Hello. I am using Google Chrome browser. Here I did a system reset to factory settings. It did not help.
