    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Some operating systems do not support item names containing some special characters. Can you check if there are any unsupported characters or symbols in those folders that you renamed in Box.com?

    Hi France, we removed the special character and that did not resolve the problem. Do you have any other suggestions as to why the folder would show up in the app but not on Box Drive?

    Hi France, I have more information. It looks like the folders in Box.com didn't sync with Box Drive. How do I force the sync to happen?
