Folders on box.com app not visible in Box drive
We are doing some folder clean-up. We changed the name of some of the folders on the box.com app. They are visible there. But when we look in Box Drive, the folders are not visible. Do you know why that might happen? And how we can fix it?

Some operating systems do not support item names containing some special characters. Can you check if there are any unsupported characters or symbols in those folders that you renamed in Box.com?
