We had a similar issue and discovered that the "Terms of Service" window has difficulty displaying the "Accept" button in certain browsers, if the browser Zoom is greater than 100 percent.  Set it back to 100 and i bet you'll be fine.

I’ve had the exact same issue. I’ve been looking for where to accept terms of service and can’t find anything. The chat is useless. And so far, Box is too. And I really need it. NOW

I have exact same issue. It’s not a browser issue at all as the first reply says here. It’s amazing this acceptance is a requirement to view files in our inbox, and yet something so potentially simple is made so complicated. If anyone from BOX ever reads this, may I humbly suggest that in the message that comes up informing us of the need to accept your Terms of Service when we try to open files that you provide a link there to go to and accept these Terms? For now I’ll go back to trying to figure this out and hopefully will not waste too much more time in the process.

It is clear to me that Box is not user-friendly and that Box's "customer support" is among the worst of any company with which I have had dealings.  I would challenge the executives at Box to examine this matter and see if they can persuade one of their techies to find a solution to what would seem to be an exceedingly easy problem to resolve.  (The good news for me is that the organization of which I am a part that uses Box does so only for a few of its communications so I very, very seldom have to use Box.)

I finally had someone from Box Customer Service confirm to me that IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO ACCEPT THE TERMS OF SERVICE IN THEIR APP. I tried from my computer instead and it was easy and obvious (as it should have been in their app!!). Here are the instructions they provided - note that the “Desktop” instructions work but the mobile browser instructions DID NOT work for me (“Notifications” nowhere to be found):

    On a desktop:
Open a web browser and log into his or her Box account.
Access the folder with the custom terms of service.
Accept the custom terms of service.

    On a mobile device:
    Open a web browser.
    Type m.box.com and log in.
In the Box window, click Notifications.
In the Terms of Service window, click Agree and Accept.

Thanks.  Using my laptop  .  .  .  the instructions should be the same as those you provide for a desktop  .  .  .  I logged into my Box account.  But I could not see how to access the folder with the terms of service.  I found no such folder.  Can you (or anyone else) help me with that?
