Authorization mail is not sent to Mac mail
I have sent an invitation to a collaborator, but the mail is not sent. It seems that the authorization mail is not sent to Mac mail. Is there any other option to access BOX folder without authorization mail?

Has the receiver checked his Spam/Junk email folder?
