Folder has Disappeared
I logged in to BOX and realized that one of my folders with all of their content has disappeared. The rest of my team who share the files say they have not touched them. Would appreciate some support on how to troubleshoot as the content in the folder is needed on a daily basis!

To confirm, do you own the missing folder or is it owned by someone else?
If a collaborative folder that you do not own is missing from your Box account, it is most likely that the owner of the collaborative folder has removed you as a collaborator on the collaborative folder. You will have to contact the folder owner of the collaborative folder to have them re-invite you to that folder again.
