Help all my box.com files disappeared!
Hello, I turned my server back on after a year of idling (don't ask) and I noticed that all my files for my account are gone (web login). Is there an automatic delete policy if I don't actively use my account? Or am I a victim too of what happened in November (https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360052426693-BOX-files-and-folders-just-disappeared-)?
Please advise :)
