Collaborators can't save
As of 2 days ago, collaborators on Excel files who access these files using the Microsoft Excel Online feature are not able to save or upload new files or edits to existing files. This was not an issue in the past. We use the web based version of Box and users don't have any downloaded Box apps on their computers. How can I fix this? My CTO informed me that we have unlimited storage, I can edit files that others cannot, and we have deleted older files that we weren't using just to make sure storage wasn't an issue, Also, the files they are modifying are small (5 pages or less) Excel worksheets.
