Error when transferring private Box folder to my new ID as a contractor
Hi, I have a private box folder and have added my new contractor ID as a collaborator. But when I try to set the new ID as the owner, I get the following message "An item with the same name already exists for this user."
I'm not quite sure what the message means.

This error message comes up when there is a folder of similar name that already exist in the account you are transferring this folder's ownership of.
You would need to change this folder's name before performing the ownership transfer to avoid getting similar error message.
