User not receiving confirmation email
I have a user not getting her confirmation email to activate her account. I've looked in our O365 Exchange message tracking and there's nothing there. Any help would be great.

Have you checked out this help article on Troubleshooting Issues with Email Notifications?
There are a few things you'll want to check here, your user's junk/ spam folders, your user's email settings, firewall or virus scan which could be blocking the email notifications from Box.
Or her email could be on suppression list:
- Email on suppression list: If Box notifications ever bounce, emails are automatically added to our suppression list. Please open a case with the support team here to check the affected email address(es).

Hi there,
I've tried all of the above to both my personal gmail account and the official Outlook email address my client has given me and I never receive a confirmation email. My official email from the client was included in their list of people who can access their Box account. All I keep getting is "Email Confirmation Sent" pages but never actually receive the email.
Please help!
