Box Sync Not Working
A few weeks ago I noticed the files I'm placing in BOX Sync are not uploading to the website. The files have to correct date and time in BOX sync, the yellow icon disappears, but when I double check on the BOX website they are not uploading or updating. I have uninstalled and redownloaded BOX Sync, which worked for a day then quit working again.

It sounds like you are having an issue syncing files between your desktop Box Sync folder and your Box.com account.

If you see 'error syncing # files', please click on that and it will generate a pop up listing the ignored files and the specific error message. This article also walks through each error message and potential troubleshooting steps.
