    It sounds like you are having an issue syncing files between your desktop Box Sync folder and your Box.com account.

    Have you checked if there are any errors syncing on your local machine? See this article on how to view those error notifications in Box Sync: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697594-Box-Sync-Troubleshooting-Basics 

    If you see 'error syncing # files', please click on that and it will generate a pop up listing the ignored files and the specific error message. This article also walks through each error message and potential troubleshooting steps.
