Folder content on PC doesn't correspond with Box drive
Hello,
Had a problem with my pc and the content of my "pictures" folder (which was synchronized with Box sync) was emptied.
Result was that also online the folder was empty due to the synchronizing and all pictures were gone... I restored the pictures from my backup location, but online the folder remained empty.
Then I uninstalled Box Sync and installed Box drive. Now all my pictures are in the folder on my pc again and they have the "blue cloud icon" (which I guess would mean that they are synchronized?
But online on Box Drive and in the app on my phone the folder is still empty...
Any help to fix this would be much appreciated! (sorry for the clumsy explanation, but I'm not a native English speaker)

Have you checked your Box Drive to see if there are problem items that may prevent your contents from syncing to Box.com?
Box Drive provides user notifications if there are any issues saving your changes to Box. The Box Drive application interface lists the file and provides a brief description of the issue.
