    I am having trouble upgrading as well.

    Do I have to live in the US or Europe to upgrade?

    Of course I have a valid Visa or Master credit card.

    You don't necessarily have to live in the US or Europe to upgrade. If you are having an issue with upgrading your Box, I would suggest that you send an email to Box billing team at billing@box.com and someone from the team will reach out to you to help look into it.
