BOX files and folders just disappeared!
Hello everyone,
I just had this issue:
- on my local BOX still have the folders, but can't open the files (see image1)
- on web/cloud BOX just a few still there (see image2)
Saying that I'm sharing with my Boss but, he rarely goes there to consult the files. And he confirms not had deleted anything at all.
Possible to recover all the folders/files?
