  • I have a very similar issue as the person above. We've had our own Box site at the University of Pittsburgh at Facilities Management. Some people have had box accounts with other areas of the University which they no longer use. When I try to invite or set them up as a collaborator, it won't let me do it as there email address was used on an existing account outside of our office. I need to set them up as a collaborator on my site. Suggestions?
