    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Have you checked with your Box Sync app if there are problem items that could be preventing your files to sync to Box.com?

    Box Sync provides detailed user notifications if a content cannot be synced. To see the list of current problem files, go to the Box Sync icon in your system tray or menu bar and select the "Error Syncing File" option. 

    If you see this notification, click it and the specific problem item and it'll open a page to our Box Sync troubleshooting guidelines on how to resolve the issue. This article contains common Box Sync issues and what to do if files are not syncing: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697594-Box-Sync-Troubleshooting-Basics

    i re-synced my 31gb of files to my laptop and everything appears to be synced and working properly.
