Box not working on my PC
Last week my Box stopped working on my PC. I believe it was as a result of my PC deleting all passwords. When I tried to sign back in to Box apparently i signed into an old account i was not aware of. Not sure this is the problem but cannot sign into Box on my computer.
I am saving files on this computer but not sure if they are being synched with other devices. Thanks for your help.

If you have accidentally logged in to the wrong Box account on your Box Desktop application, example Box Drive, you just need to logout and then login with the correct credentials.
