    Are you getting error message when connecting to Box server via FTP? Can you take a screenshot of that and share to your Product support team so they can investigate?

    This seems like it might be an issue that requires some account specific information, so I've submitted a case to Box Support on your behalf.

    yes I am getting this message when trying to connect to the directory listing. I have tried to contact Product Support and have a specialist that is supposed to get back to me but I have been waiting 5 days.
